“The technician I had, Nathan, was a dream to work with. He was communicative from the beginning, keeping me updated on his timing for arrival at my workplace. He had, unfortunately, to deal with all of the duct tape and epoxy I used to try to reattach my rearview mirror back to my windshield, until it could get replaced, and he didn't complain once (even said I did a great job of it 😂). He also came out with heat in the 90s, heat index high 90s to over 100, and was nothing but pleasant and friendly. And he didn't try to sell me anything, which I very much appreciated as I was at work (as I said) and didn't have the time to listen and ultimately refuse.

I hope everyone gets the joy of working with him at some point.

I also appreciated how easy it was to schedule a visit to where I would be online, and do the auto claim through them. A lot of websites these days are surprisingly difficult to navigate, but Safelite's was great.”
