“This place is great, and I have been there 3 or 4 times. This evening I brought an iPhone 8 in for repair at 6:30pm, hoping to pick it up the next day. I went to a nearby store and came back at 6:47 and repair was completed, at a reasonable price. Can't think of anything better they could do.”

“I am very pleased with the great service. I was hesitant to bring my phone to a "kiosk vendor" (no offense to the owners), but doing some research I am glad I did. My galaxy S22 Ultra needed the lcd screen replaced and they were not only cheaper than where Samsung recommended me but they had the parts on hand.A few thoughts1. Read the negative reviews. (There aren't many) And the owners response. I totally side with the owners!2. The place Samsung sent me to also uses aftermarket parts. Who cares! Do you think your mechanic goes the dealer to get parts. Nope. Its the same stuff just without the name and the cost that comes with that name.3. I first went in and got a price quote. Both gentlemen veryfriendly and accommodating even though they were both fixing phones. I walked past a week later and they were busy. When I had the money to fix my phone, guess what. They were busy. A place that does that much business and has been there that long clearly knows that they are doing!Long review but I highly recommend. My phone is as good as new.Thank you!”

“This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest location for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me.With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue.My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of.I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know. “Ricky, who normally comes out was my technician and he was prompt in verifying the appointment times, ordered what he needed after the initial examination of my dishwasher and explained what came next. He explained that he was having everything he needed shipped here for convenience, unfortunately on his return visit he noticed he was missing one crucial part that had been overlooked; he reordered it and rescheduled for two weeks from the date of order, luckily it came on Saturday that he was due on Monday. Within about an hour he was done and ran a cursory cycle. I enjoy doing business with a man as professional down to earth and polite. He is truly an asset to the Sears Hole Service department.”
