“Awesome experience, came in and needed help finding parts for wiper nozzles, and they brought us right to what we needed to replace them, told us how to do it ourselves and helped us find the tool to pop the tabs off the hood to get to them to replace them. Will definitely be back when I have other things I need help fixing. ??”

“Hello. My review of this place was going to be the worst possible because they dont answer the ringing phone AT ALL during business hours REPEATEDLY and then they finally do after calling 10 times and letting it ring and ring and ring...... Only to have the winner behind the counter simply pick up the receiver and put it right vack down, hanging up on the call. So I called right back giving them 1 last xhance to answer and an employee named Chris answered. I am named Chris so I explained what I was dealing with prior to him answering and he profusely apologized for his other guy there that day. Helped me with what I needed and I went there got what I needed and the gyy names CHRIS saved this review BIGTIME.
But I will give everybody here a tip about O'Reilly's. If you call when they answer the phone they are not allowed under corporate rules to put you on hold for any reason whatsoever. Not even if they have customers standing in front of them. They must finish the call with the person who's called to ask about parts. And if they put you on hold they can be warned and terminated. This is a corporate rule. I worked for O'Reilly's and I know this. So feel free Just threaten them should they put you on home or not answer or hang up on you....”

“Payton was excellent answering my questions when I called and even better when I stopped in to purchase a battery for installation. He had me on my way in ten minutes. And get this, he set aside the hamburger he was eating at the counter to help me out. Note to O'Reilly Corporate: Payton went above and beyond what 99% of retail employees would do in a situation like this to help a customer. Very rare!”
“Last year at the end of writing season, I took my battery out of my motorcycle, put it in the house with a battery tender on it. The spring when I put it back in my bike and try to start it it wouldn’t start. It sounded like the battery was almost dead so I checked it and it was fully charged I took the battery back into batteries plus and they put a load tester on it and found that the cranking amps were gone. Being the battery had a two-year warranty on it they gave me a brand new battery. I took the battery home, put it in my bike and it started right up! Yay! Thank you, batteries, plus!”

“I went to have my battery and alternator checked. The young guy (sorry I didn't catch his name), goes out in the rain and checked everything out in about 3 minutes. Everything was good and passed. He told me about the fluctuating voltage in the newer vehicles and specifically on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Totally awesome service, I'll definitely be back.”

“I went in to get a low beam replaced and the manager Adolphis was SOOOOO kind! Replaced the bulb for me in minutes. Showed me where my air filter was and cabin filter. Also cashier that helped me was very kid also. Thank you for having exceptional service!”
“Joshua and his colleague were super helpful. I had a 2014 Honda CRV battery swapped. At the end of the swap, some of the connections were not great because it was so corroded (my fault) They took the time to spray it down and hit it with a wire brush, so the connections were good again. From calling ahead of time to make sure the other battery in stock to their 10 minute installation, I was very impressed. They also did not try to upsell me at all.”

“My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.”

“It’s hard to locate the first time. Turn into the parking lot entrance closest to E 26th Street and the front entrance is door 4 in the parking lot. Check online for in stock items before going. Staff was helpful finding parts at other locations for me.”
