“Had an issue where my fiancé was wrongfully charged, and the team at T-Mobile really came through. They initially didn’t have all the answers, but they took the time to figure it out and made sure everything was handled the right way.
Moe was great, and Bishop went above and beyond to help resolve everything. We really appreciate the effort and customer service! While at first contemplating a change, we’re now certain we’ll be bringing further business in the near future.

“JT was the best. My mother had her phone stolen and she did not have any back up information. She is in her 80's and isn't technically advanced. JT took the time to help her switch her account to T-Mobile from consumer cellular. He got her a new phone and set everything for her including WiFi. I trust JT and won't see anyone else.”
“i am shocked to read any bad reviews of this place. i’ve been going here for years for all my screen protectors. i’ve covered many cell phones and ipads. i recommend them to everyone. i am always remembered when i arrive and just last week i got my ipad fixed. i wasn’t sure if it was even fixable but it was and it was efficient and affordable. i think they’re amazing and i hope they never leave me.”
“The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit.
Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load.
