I was supposed to have a refrigerated package with chemo medication over nighted. My package specifically said “**use call box when you arrive**” and was highlighted with my cell phone number even listed below. The driver never even attempted to use the call box at all because it rings directly to my cell phone. And only left a note that they couldn’t get a signature. That’s pretty difficult to do when you don’t even attempt to reach the person.
Upon calling customer service, they informed me that it was after 1pm that I couldn’t ask for a reattempt of delivery. The package wasn’t even out for delivery until 1:23 and attempted to be delivered at 2:25. I didn’t know I was supposed to be aware of the fact that the driver was not going to actually do his job and use the call box and get the signature from me.
I then had to escalate the call to a supervisor after they said I would need to wait for my package tomorrow for the reattempt of delivery. I’m sure for the driver to do the same and not use the call box. That was unacceptable because my expensive medication would be ruined by that point and needs to be refrigerated immediately upon receiving it. They did send a message to the driver but they weren’t sure if he would even be able to make it back due to being in another part of town or picking up packages.
I was informed that I could drive down pick it up myself before 7pm. Which was a joke and major inconvenience to me. Drivers need to do better when handling refrigerated packages that are overnighted. And actually attempt to get a signature instead of lying and just leaving a note.
The gentleman working at the store was great though and apologized. He allowed me to wait inside until after 7 by the time the package got back. Im super thankful to have my chemo medication but shouldn’t have to deal with such poor customer service and have to go track it down myself.

This isn’t towards this specific area but FEDEX themselves. I have called this company so many times I honestly lost count and each time they kept giving me false information about my package and now I am tired of them lying to me so I’m going to go grab my own package because tell me why my package was in Saint Paul and then it went to Rogers, MN and then to Roseville and then back to Saint Paul to ONLY go back to Roseville again. I am so angry and unsatisfied with this whole ordeal. I waited 8 days for my package. When I ordered FedEx 2day. I’m not sure how much patience they are expecting me to give them. I am going to ask for my late delivery refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. Here is my proof of me calling FedEx multiple times. I did talk to the supervisor and even she didn’t even give me a direct answer to my question because when my package was in Saint Paul I requested for me to just come pick it up there since it’s at the hub I have to drive to Roseville to go and pick up my package. This is really terrible. I’m not kidding.

This place is ridiculously bad/slow. So much so that when my wife or I need to even drop off a package it is a running joke.

The delivery driver was 5 hours late, no updated time given; I spent 7 hours sitting outside waiting for the package, and the minute I stepped away the driver drove in and immediately left faster than I could even stand up. I ended up chasing the driver down the long driveway to the road yelling for him to stop with him completely ignoring me. Everything about this experience has been awful, much like most of my experiences with Fedex.

Go to drop off a company package. Top needs to be taped shut but this shipping center doesn’t allow employees to have tape lol. That’s customer service from FedEx.

This FedEx location does not package items for you or have bigger boxes. You can pack your own items or pick up and drop off, however anything else you need, I suggest you go to a UPS store.

I still have not received my package. I was at home when you say you delivered it and nothing was delivered. Furthermore, there’s no picture in the delivery! Every time I’ve received shipments you always take a photo and now there isn’t one?! My neighbors do not steal, your workers must have needed my packages bad. That was my son’s school clothes and now I have to replace it! I have contacted everyone possible via phone and website. I will be calling corporate until I find out what is going on.
