Don't bank here. The lack of communication between branches is the start of the problem. In addition, the process of depositing checks is a poorly managed challenge. They declined all deposits that were to my partner and I but when we went to her bank, they didn't decline the checks whatsoever.

Mariah helped me get a car loan and I was approved and in my new vehicle in less than 24 hours and I never had to go into a branch! She made it such a smooth and simple process and was so quick to reply to me in emails. I had never bought a car this way before, I always went through a car dealership, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for all your help, Mariah!

Literally the hardest bill pay system I've endured. Phone system redirects me to a service representative every time I try to pay. Wait 20 minutes to speak to anyone only for them to need to call me back. Y'all want this payment or not?

I have been trying to help my son who has an auto loan through them and have been on a 3 way call trying to resolve forced insurance that has been charged on his account multiple times. He has emailed, called and even talked to insurance directly and was supposed to get a credit but rather they charged him again. He has been promised time and time again that someone will reach out to him but no one does. Insurance information has been provided more times then I can count. As of today no one has called him back and now no responses to emails. Customer service should be a priority but apparently it is not important to this company.

This credit union went from a 5+ to 1 in less than 6 months. Not able to speak to anyone, voicemails go unanswered, CU added extra cost to loan w/o any notifications which a letter or phone call would get done, almost 6 months into a car loan randomly asking for documentation

I'm a new loan customer. I wish I had never accepted a loan from this company. Their online systems are broken, it just says loading accounts and never actually completes (their staff confirmed it's broken). Their phone systems are overwhelmed and after two times waiting 20 minutes just to be hung up on automatically, I had to drive half an hour to this location.Now I find that the location has double charged me for my loan payment so I have to go back...

I’ve been a member for 6 months now and this has been a wonderful bank. I don’t mind the tellers on screens. There is always someone there in person to help you and they are always very friendly.

I have been a member of Hiway Credit Union for years but this branch is lousy. First, it does not have tellers but has only teller machines that cannot be heard by people with hearing problems. This makes it very difficult to withdraw larger sums of money, for example. Also, the staff will help if needed but they are very disrespectful and do not properly wear masks. I felt like the staff did not care whether I lived or died when I needed help the last time I was there. The staff person consistently left her nose uncovered and seem to be completely indifferent to the dangers her behavior posed during this pandemic. Talk about a Cruella.This credit union needs to stop treating people with disabilities as terribly as it does. I used to love this credit union but this branch has me crying.
