Honest-1 Auto Care performs mechanical repairs on all makes and models. The staff is knowledgeable and effective at communicating vehicle issues. They explain needed work and do not pressure for additional services. The shop provides great service, including oil changes, inspections, and repairs. Staff is friendly, answers questions, and is knowledgeable. They work in a timely manner and provide affordable solutions. Overall, Honest-1 Auto Care is highly recommended for all vehicle needs.
In my case, they worked hard to preserve the threads in my cylinder head. Had they not--had they been sloppy or dishonest--they could have easily turned a overdue spark plug replacement job into something much (!!) more expensive. Thanks Charlie and Steve.
