Only one women’s fitting room for several women’s clothing sections. Couldn’t find it and there were no sales associates on the entire floor. Also no signage. Asked another shopper, who said she couldn’t find one either but she did find the men’s fitting room and pointed me in the right direction. So I also used it. Lighting in the store is bleak and clothing is not well organized or displayed. I’m tired of shopping for clothes on Amazon, but there aren’t any good alternatives. Remember when shopping (and flying on airplanes!) used to be fun? Customer service is a thing of the past.

When returning an Amazon purchase and buying luggage every facet of the Kohl’s experience was positive and smooth. Thankfully the security person noticed the lock was still on the suitcase as we left the store. It saved us a trip back.

The lady in returns specifically amazon items is awful. She failed to properly return my items 3 times. I even asked her to please properly secure the items. She seems to have a serious attitude problem. I'm definitely filing complaints this is ridiculous. Just a rude spiteful person.

As for the store, it has completely fallen apart. Not only have they closed most of the dressing rooms except for 2, but the dressing rooms are full of clothes. My sister and I spent over an hour in a store. And never once was asked if we needed help. Then, when I gently interrupted a cashier to ask a question, the response was far from "customer service friendly." While waiting in line for the "womens" dressing room, a wonderful woman from the maintenance department named Tracy told us about a dressing room in the "mens" section that was bigger and nicer. She even offered to walk us there so that we wouldn't get lost. This was the first and only person in the entire building to help us. I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a wonderful day. We went into the dressing room and had to move out 20 to 30 items from the dressing room before we could even attempt to start trying on clothes because every single dressing room was full of clothes that people weren't taking. Which is sad because it could be something that someone's looking for and can't find because it's sitting in the dressing room. I give the woman that helped us Tracy a 5 stars. I give the store one star, which is why I went for a 3 because it's right in the middle.

Its nice to know who the associates are while in the store if you need them. The gal at the register named Kat was great. I would give her 5 stars.

Great shopping experience today at the Roseville Kohl's store. Ashwini, our cashier, was very helpful, efficient and pleasant to us! She was even able to assist another associate with a slight issue as she continued our transaction. Very positive shopping experience, Thankyou again Ashwini!!

I’m happy that Kohl’s has free Amazon Drop Off but my experience today at 4:15 PM wasn’t good. I understand there’s frustrations in a job but being aggressive when processing and putting away returned packages is not the way to go. If the item is damaged when returned, it would be the associates fault and not the customer for not handling it properly as this associate practically threw it into the bins behind him. 1 star for having Amazon drop off, 1 star for a 1 star service.
