No more curbside. Online order pick up was changed to self-pick up, which is unattended at the very back of the store. It would have been faster for me to go in and buy the item. Nothing prevents theft of your item either - there is no verification or staff to talk to. This is just theft waiting to happen.

Nice store with good selection of merchandise, but hard to find employees to help...staffing appeared to be an issue. Once finding someone, they lacked knowledge of the item of interest, and didn't know it was on sale. This falls on management, and Corporate should address this, ASAP.

This store must be closing. They have nothing to buy and it's very messy. I have never seen a shoe department in such a disarray. Store needs new management!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a store before today. My fiance and I went here so he could try to exchange a jacket he got as a Christmas gift, the person he got it from said they got it at kohls. I went in to do some Amazon returns. So as I'm waiting in the line for the Amazon returns, he went to customer service. The lady wasn't able to help him out with the return since he didn't have a receipt but told him he could try to find another jacket the same price to exchange it. So after he left customer service he lady got on their walky talky's and told all employees that a guy in a red hoodie was trying to exchange a Nike jacket but then went on to say she didn't know if he even came in with the jacket. Mind you it's so loud everyone standing in the line for the Amazon returns could hear it. So of course some lady made the comment oh it's a Nike jacket he's definitely going to steal it. At this point I got so uncomfortable I didn't even want to be there anymore but still had to do my Amazon returns. After I got done I just wanted to leave even though I really needed to use the restroom and I wanted to shop for shoes. But now I felt like they were watching us on camera and all employees and any customers that heard the walky talky are now just watching us. He still wanted to look for a different jacket but they didn't even have any in stock. Another employee came over to try and help but she couldn't find this jacket online she was super nice. Then a manager came over to try and help and my fiance told him what had happened and I told him it made me feel uncomfortable I actually started to cry a little cause I've never had this happen before. The manager felt bad and said he was going to go talk to the lady at customer service and sort it out. Not sure if he did or not cause we ended up leaving after that. But that was definitely the worst experience I've ever had and I used to love going to that kohls.

*The store's website lists different hours than what is posted on the doors of the actual store. That's crap. *Walked around in circles for quite a while trying to find women's tights. There weren't any employees floating around to help, as usual. Finally found them, only to find a pathetic selection that was only about 1/5 stocked. I am an average size woman, and I couldn't find even ONE pair of regular opaque black tights. *I found ONE random pair of too-small fleece lined tights for the ridiculous price of $20 I was going to try on to see if I could squeeze into, but as I removed them from the package, it was quickly apparent that they had snags all over them. If I hadn't attempted to try them on before buying, I would have had a surprise wardrobe malfunction for my new job tomorrow morning. Ugh. Thank goodness I anticipated this and ordered a random pair to be delivered by Amazon by 8 AM. I could have gone to Target or Walmart, but was so tired over the stress of suddenly having a new job that requires professional attire that I went home to go to bed instead. *Every time I go into a Kohl's, I hate that store even more than I did the last time I was there. Hopefully that will be my last visit in my entire lifetime.

Have you ever felt like the whole world is out to get you? Well that’s how I felt in kohls. I was minding my own business and shopping for a gift for a secret Santa gift exchange. The price limit was 15 dollars and I had found an item that I liked. I looked down to check the price but to my horror there was no price tag. Frantically, I checked another item. Same story: NO PRICE TAG. I rushed over to the nearest price check station but unfortunately it was out of service. I proceeded to sprint around the store but it was the same sight every time. A black display with a QR code to download the Kohls app. Accepting my fate, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and download the app. Immediately after opening the app, I was greeted with a suspicious request for my location. “Kohls is onto me” I thought as I panicked and started to hyperventilate. I threw the toy back into the shelf and ran out of the store. Since then, I have managed to recuperate after my traumatic experience but the terrible memories of the kohls store will probably follow me to the grave. ONE STAR?

I had a pick up order, from online. I was just about to leave when I seen the clearance section in the home area. I found 2 couch pillows candles with great scents. Coffee mugs with astrology signs. Journals, artificial plants,vases. Today at least 10-21-23 Their Clearance is an additional 50% off I saved over 100$.

Their once beautiful, huge jewelry department is now just three glass cases pushed together. And the gorgeous Christmas department is now just a few shelves. I won't return.

This store has always been so nice. It always confuses me that it's not at the mall, but it is right across the street. Clean, great employees, always a great store to shop at.

I love the Roseville Kohl’s store! It’s friendly, clean and easy to find what I’m looking for. I’ve not had a bad experience and I appreciate the staff. I can see how hard they work when some customers are so ungrateful. Andrea assisted me today upon check out and we enjoyed a good conversation while she processed my order and she double checked I used all my kohl’s coupons and kohl’s cash! Thank you Andrea for bringing a bright spot to my day ??

the couple of times that went to this Kohl's the staff have been really helpful around the departments. the only troubling thing i have is when i get to the register the attitudes of the staff is appalling. I went to check out at the register and surprisingly there was no one at the registers. i saw a couple of women looking my way which i assumed they were staff and asked if they could help me. to my surprise this staff member told the other one that this was her job and she should do her job, when clearly it was both their jobs. i really like the clothes Kohl's have, but i will never return to this Kohl's unless there are automated check out lines.
