The parking area is awkward for maneuvering and turning around due to the number of trucks present. They unloaded the cargo quickly, but spent a considerable amount of time verifying whether or not the shipment actually belonged to them based on the delivery address.”

“Moving is stressful. We’ve done it several times, but you still never know how it will go. We chose to trust Allied and our trust was well placed. Gina in the office handled all of the logistics/paperwork and was unbelievably timely with all communication. Our driver and move supervisor was Juan. He is meticulous, has a good rapport with his teams, the teams on both ends of the move were so polite and hard working, Juan is an excellent driver, and he truly cares about his clients. I don’t write this review lightly. We had a last minute snafu at our storage space and Juan did everything humanly possible to care for and move our items with the patience of a saint (I was at the end of my patience…). If you have a big life changing move like we did or just a regular one, you can feel good about trusting this team to help you through one of life’s most stressful moments.”

“Moved from CA to MN and was much cheaper than every other pod shipping service. I worked with Gwen and she was very helpful and kind. Answered all my questions expertly and even emailed with me at 9pm on a Friday when I needed to switch my delivery plan.Customer service line sometimes had a long wait and there is no way to get directly in touch with the rep you worked with or the local shipping offices which I found a bit frustrating. There was also an issue with a last minute reschedule of when my box would be dropped off to pack. This is when it is frustrating to not have direct lines to local shipping offices, but the local dispatcher in NorCal gave me his personal # and helped find a rescheduled date that worked for me. A bit stressful but it all worked out.Boxes are wood, but sturdy and nothing broke! If you’re moving cross country and looking to save some money on your move, this is a great option.”

“The 3 movers arrived on time, they were clean and polite and did not mind waiting a few minutes while we wrapped up. When we were ready the movers quickly uploaded all boxes and furniture to the truck (they delivered empty boxes to our location a week before the move and we packed everything ourselves). There was no traffic, so they arrived at our new location very quickly. The movers placed the furniture and boxes in the correct place which made unpacking very easy for us ! Thank you”
