I am deaf. They want me to book appointment for them to call me for quote. How in the heck can they call me when I am deaf. There is no email contact, nothing. They are blatantly discriminating against the hearing impaired.

I am not referring to north american van lines but there agent ,as a driver for north american van lines .I dont think I've ever came across such bad phone manners .You guys need to tighten up ....

Wasn't even me that was moving and hired their services, and they damaged my property. So much for giving a call, 4 messages and NO return call.
