Good location but they refuse to answer the phone.. don’t bother trying to call them. I was simply trying to find out if they still have the coin counting machine before I made the trek there.

One of the Employees Nada was very arrogant, rude and unhelpful. US Bank should not be in business. Worst customer service in general and this employee in particular.

If I could do negative stars I would. Terrible terrible terrible customer service skills. I made an appointment to see a banker, I sat down and waited to be seen even though there were two banks just sitting there on their cell phones.
