“I just completed refinancing of my vehicle from another bank. Jynah Lash was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the process very smooth.
A previous snafu with a title and refi on a different vehicle made me hesitant to go back to Genisys but this recent refi and working with Jynah changed my mind. I will do business with Genisys from now on! I would recommend this branch of Genisys for sure!”

“I have thought about opening a CD here because their rates are generally better than other banks so I finely did. Opening CDs led to opening a checking account and that experience has been better than the two other banks I was using. Any time I have had an issue, the branch is more than willing to help fix the issue. I highly recommend going to a branch over the call center.
This specific branch has been great and working with Oksana and Eric Brine have been a pleasure. I like their app much better than chase and the other bank I left. There is even a pin for quick access to the app that makes it a breeze to check your balance. Now I am trying to recruit friends for their $50 promo.”

“Staff is very nice and the customer service is very good there. People are always willing to help you with any questions. However, when it comes to your promotions for new customers, there needs to be more clarity as to what you need to do to qualify. Example- Like the $300 bonus incentive for direct deposit of $500 or more within 90 days of opening an account. I think that's what it was Just need more clarity. Otherwise, pretty decent bank!!”

“Mahamed who works at the teller desk was very helpful, kind and polite. He showed me how I could link my debit card to my app to use at ATM machines, saving me future trips to the teller desk.
The only issue I have with Wells Fargo branches are the inconvenient hours they are open. Soooo inconvenient if you work during the day and incredibly restrictive weekend hours.”
