I don't typically write reviews but after two attempts at two different branches I can't help but feel that this is systemic. Both attempts failed in opening a trust account for my disabled brother per my parents wishes. I am tasked with settling my parents estate after the passing of my father. A highly emotional foregoing. I have banked with US Bank for many years and hold many accounts with them and was under the impression that accomplishing these tasks would be fairly easy and straight forward. I have always received exemplary service until now. Both bankers looked at me as if I was trash in their waste basket or wasting their time. I couldn't believe it at my first attempt, and was polite and walked away, at the second, at a different branch, I made my feelings known. I don't know what has happened at US Bank but customer service is certainly not a priority. Perhaps try a smaller bank if you are looking for a bit more customer care. I know I am.

I typically get great service at US Bank branches, but it's always really slow and impolite here. Today I waited 15 minutes for one car to move forward in the drive through, then nobody acknowledged me or said anything for 10 minutes once I pulled up, then a lady came on and said 3 words and laughed at my simple question. After I sent over the cash I was depositing and my ID, it took another 10 minutes before someone came on and just said "thank you" and that was it. No deposit receipt, no "Okay you're all set, have a great day", no "Anything else you need today?". Just 35 minutes for a simple transaction, and a total of 5 words from the staff. Overall really poor customer service and very slow for such a simple function. I rarely go to the bank in person anymore and now I'm reminded why unfortunately.

We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for the car in front of us to be helped. Then waited another 10 to be helped at the window. Avoid this branch at all costs!! Oh and didn’t return our ID’s and then returned only 1 ID and had to go find the other…..another 5 minutes gone!!

Wasted 3+ years of my life here. Staff is awesome but are deeply hindered by corrupt corporate red tape. Profits come first with customer satisfaction being the last priority. Sad corporation, learned a lot including never banking here.

Longest transaction ever just making it withdraw through the drive-through the gal of Asian descent helping me was too busy eating Cheetos to expedite my transaction. Save your munching for your break and help your customers. The gentleman next to you helped 2 customers in the time it took you to help me.

This branch is one of the worst bank I have ever dealt with on the US and out of the US. Customer services is beyond rude, extremely slow teller, and the manager does nothing other than sitting in her office.

Sat waiting for 5 minutes in the lobby for my appointment with the branch manager, and then went up to the teller to get help, but he replied that he was working the window (so he can't answer a customer's question? There was no one else to ask). He said he'd tell her I was waiting, and 10 minutes later she came over. I said had just been about to leave, and she made no response; no apology. This was the same woman I had seen sitting in her office for the past 15 minutes. Why had she kept me waiting? She wouldn't directly answer my questions and was having such a hard time with what I needed that I had to leave because I was late for my next appointment. Seemed completely oblivious to how much of my time she had wasted.

Had to sit in line for over an hour just for them to charge $7 extra to cash a check. Worst bank around by far. This location is the worst of the worst

I called the US Bank 800 number and that wasn’t helpful. I called this branch and the rep understood my situation, spoke with a manager, and solved it. That’s how it’s done.

Seriously the most insane wait in line I've ever experienced. 25 minutes into waiting and ONE car has moved forward. This is ridiculous. Find a new bank. This one sucks.

Set up a savings account for my kids 12 years ago, we haven't used it in a decade. As soon as my daughter turned 18 they started charging a monthly fee, and allowed it to go negative. Tried closing the account online, not an option. Tried closing account by phone, not an option. They are requiring me to bring my children to them physically to a branch to close the account during a pandemic. I will never do any kind of business with them again.

This location is quick and courteous. Adam was exceptional. He was patient, kind, and simply remarkable. He made my visit welcoming. Keep up the good work Adam because you are truly an asset for this bank.
