Horrible service. This shouldn't even happen. This is suppose to be a "corporate" location but they have no sense of prioritzing customers and act like robots. Dont waste your time at this location go somewhere else.

They really can't seem to do anything but sell you a new phone. And their customer service is about zero. It is typical to wait over an hour to get served.

A family friend who has a disability and who speaks English as a 2nd language received outstanding help from a young gentleman named Jordan.My friend requested quite a few changes to his plan and had extensive and ranging questions. Jordan was remarkably patient and very kind. I would like to extend my gratitude to Jordan and to this Verizon location for valuing employees who genuinely care and are empathetic.

We had an issue with the phone we got from Verizon with plan included last year and and went to this store around 6:30pm to either switch or get it fixed since we paid it monthly and all they say is go to Apple Store. I never expected this would be the results instead fix the issue or replace with new phone since paid monthly and make their customer happy. The way we were welcomed was very unprofessional as well. I always expected to leave Verizon happy but escorted unhappy today.

Mario’s Roseville 2023 Christmas Eve crew had my iphone purchase for pickup ready SECONDS from my online purchase order. I have bought every phone that I’ve ever had in my life at this particular store and believe me, that’s a few phones. You can trust the staff here to be knowledgeable, polite and organized. The location is fantastic. Thanks again Verizon and especially this Christmas Eve crew.

Shoutout to Colin (spelling?) of Roseville, MN. Needed to transfer 5 lines of service from a business account to my personal account. After much frustration with the automated phone service I scheduled an appt in-store. Colin walked me through the process and was so patient with my 'lack of IT skills' and completed the process. 5 stars for this visit!

Poor customer serviceArrived 10min before store closed. Associate did not want to help upgrade phone plan and phone. We knew what we wanted and what upgrade we needed. He confirmed they had the phone on hand but was not willing to start the process. He said he couldn’t even start one because right at 5pm all their systems shut down and it was an inconvenience to him and that it would take him 45min. to complete the process.

I had Tristin and I believe his manager? I upgraded from the 13 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max! I knew exactly what I wanted, Tristian offered me other things if I would like such as screen protector, camera protector, case, and the deal for a free iPad! Some I declined and he wasn’t pushy about it at all! Very refreshing to get what I want without feeling forced into an upsell. Thanks for the amazing service today! This is my new favorite location!

Brought my friend in to help her with her iPhone. Marion(sp?) assisted her. Yes we are senior citizens, lol. He patiently forced her, to go through each step on her own. He did it gently and never gave in. He said, you need to do this on your own. You need to know how to use your phone. I had to walk away several times, to sort of hide my laughing. She was so frustrated and he was so determined she follows the steps. It's one of the reasons I stay with Verizon. I can go in and ask for help. Personal service. Thank you.

After being with sprint/T-Mobile for 10 years we made the switch to Verizon! Colton @ Roseville is Amazing! He was so helpful, answered all our questions and even broke down our bill into detail and explained everything! Ask for Colton, he’ll take care of you!!

I wish I never entered the Rosedale Verizon Store. I wanted an iPhone 15 pro and read that Version had the best deal. It took three trips to the store (Friday, Saturday, and Monday) to complete what should have been a simple purchase-- incredibly inefficient operation with staff having questionable knowledge. Two months later I get into another bizarre and time consuming tangle trying to set up auto pay (it was supposed to be done at the time of purchase). Trying to get a human on the line from Verizon is almost impossible with their looping voice prompt options. Finally, after several hours a Verizon phone assistant discovered that the original sales person put down the zip code of the Rosedale, MN Verizon Store instead of my St Paul, MN zip code and my bank did not accept the auto pay connection. Given the number of tries, I was lock out of my bank for five days. LAYERS VERIZON of INCOMPETENCE and LOUSY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE. I once thought Verizon was a quality organization. No more.
