    The customer service her name is joy is very very kind and polite. I have this issue for a month now that my units overlock is still not remove. She told me that the manager in the area is out of office for a month. Kind of sad but atleast she is very honest about it and provided me all the details I need about my unit... read full comment

    It was easy to rent and to close. The unit was clean, safe, and easily accessible. I would use KO Storage again.
