I was there within a half hour, he got me right in, found a part for my truck and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great customer service. Excellent shop. Very professional. “I was trying to get home from Rochester with my youngest and we stopped for a sweet treat at Cabin Coffee. While sitting in the drive thru, my low tire pressure light comes on. Tried to find an automatic pump at KT, no luck so we try the .50 for 3.5 minutes (twice) to fill the tire. Air pump was not working and made our situation worse. Called Dunlay to tell them what was going on and Jamie came to our rescue with a portable air compressor and filled up the tire. He had us come to the shop so he could check things out for us. The leak was where the tire has been repaired before but was in kind of a tough place to hold air properly for more than a couple weeks. Advising new tires sooner rather than later but filled the tire with extra air so we could make it home. They were very helpful and didn't charge us for their services. Highly recommend. “My daughter blew out a tire today and didn't have enough money & i I live far from her. She had no one to help her so I called places near her to see if they had a used tire for her car. I called Tim's Salvage and a nice man had a tire plus referred me to Brock at Bill's Towing.
Between the 2 places she got back on the road within 2 hours from when she was stranded. I'm very grateful for their fast and friendly people when we really needed help.. Thank you!!!

“After getting a tank of bad fuel in my Dodge diesel a fortunate turn of events brought me to Bill's towing. After draining tank and replacing fuel it was discovered that my CP3 pump had failed. A pump was located and professionally installed that same night. Can't thank everyone involved for a great outcome for a broken down out of state customer. The fair treatment I received has given me a renewed hope for humanity in this day and age. Special thanks to Brock & Trevor.”
