I was there within a half hour, he got me right in, found a part for my truck and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great customer service. Excellent shop. Very professional. “Our van broke down on our way home from a cross-country road trip just outside St. Charles, luckily, we made it to Dunlay. We rolled in a 1/2 hour before they closed but the guys immediately diagnosed the problem and started looking for parts. As soon as they had the part, they had us back on the road headed for home.”
“Had my 2021 Subaru Forester there to have the drivers window replaced as it was smashed out last week. Only took an hour! Additionally, last Friday when I found it, I took it there & they cleaned up the glass & put plastic over the window. Elizabeth, Lisa & Leroy were AWESOME!!”
“My daughter blew out a tire today and didn't have enough money & i I live far from her. She had no one to help her so I called places near her to see if they had a used tire for her car. I called Tim's Salvage and a nice man had a tire plus referred me to Brock at Bill's Towing.
Between the 2 places she got back on the road within 2 hours from when she was stranded. I'm very grateful for their fast and friendly people when we really needed help.. Thank you!!!

“After getting a tank of bad fuel in my Dodge diesel a fortunate turn of events brought me to Bill's towing. After draining tank and replacing fuel it was discovered that my CP3 pump had failed. A pump was located and professionally installed that same night. Can't thank everyone involved for a great outcome for a broken down out of state customer. The fair treatment I received has given me a renewed hope for humanity in this day and age. Special thanks to Brock & Trevor.”
