“We were traveling from Wisconsin today, 8/9/25 to a funeral in Kasson, MN. About 1/2 hour into MN the passenger side windshield wiper broke off, as it was pouring rain. We found St Charles Napa and pulled in for help. Jordan was working and afforded us the utmost in customer service. He installed new wiper blades for us in just a few minutes, all with the a superb amount of courtesy and friendliness. We appreciate his willingness to help and the great care he took in doing so. We would highly rate Jordan at St Charles Napa.”

“I don't normally leave reviews, but felt compelled due to the phenominal experience I had with Thomas and Precision Auto Body.

I had damage to the bumper area of my vehicle. I got my repairs done and it looked good. A couple weeks later, the bumper popped out by the headlight. Thomas looked at it, and it was ultimately determined that someone had backed into my vehicle after the repair was done. There was clear evidence that this was the case. Despite this being new damage and 4 hours of labor, Thomas fixed it for $50. Looking at the bill, it would have been $400 to repair if he charged me.

Thomas called me and told me vehicle was ready to pick up, and I told him i would come get it when my wife returned home from work that night. While on the phone with Thomas, my 1 year old and 3 year old were crying and fussing. When Thomas heard I had to load my infant and toddler up in the cold late at night to get my vehicle, he offered to bring my vehicle to my house for me. Thomas and his mechanic delivered the vehicle to my driveway.

I've had work done at body shops in Rochester, and the level of customer service was not even comparable. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body.”

“My daughter blew out a tire today and didn't have enough money & i I live far from her. She had no one to help her so I called places near her to see if they had a used tire for her car. I called Tim's Salvage and a nice man had a tire plus referred me to Brock at Bill's Towing.
Between the 2 places she got back on the road within 2 hours from when she was stranded. I'm very grateful for their fast and friendly people when we really needed help.. Thank you!!!
