I’ll keep it short. I’ve had HBC for years. Customer Service and internet has been getting worse and worse. Not sure why I keep them

“Hours may differ on new year’s day”… it’s jan 2nd. not new year’s day? internet has been out for 3 days. can’t get ahold of them. Poor customer service ? Also, internet cuts out at night a lot (when it does work.)

I've lived at three addresses in St. Charles over the last 20 years, and have had HBC internet service for most of that time. This review considers only their internet service, as I don't care about TV or phone.
