Had some issues with my battery. And Jordan did an awesome job helping me get it fixed. Great customer service Saint Charles is so lucky to have an auto parts store like Napa.

Had my motorcycle die on me while in town. Mark and others were extremely helpful in locating a replacement battery and helping me out. Best customer service you could ask for!!!

Had to walk down from the truck stop on the interstate to buy a water hose. The owner never hesitated in offering me a ride back up to my truck!! Awsome guy, plus he threw in a couple of racing caps!!
