“(EDIT) AFTER THIS REVIEW THEY REACHED OUT AND FIXED THIS MISTAKE FREE OF CHAGRE! Miscommunication while ordering tires on the phone wanted all four tires to be one size bigger than stock got my tires back two of them were factory size 2 of them were the size I ordered was told there was nothing they could do about it. That is what I ordered. Customer service not willing to let me return the two tires and get two to match unless I pay for two brand new tires, try to help out small business rather than going to corporate ran tire shop. I have had good luck in the past at PTL but this terrible example of customer service has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere.”

“I had a flat tire on my 1 ton dually just last week near St Francis. I had a spare tire, but no way to take off the flat one and mount the new one. I stopped at Fast track Automotive, and they stopped what they were doing and changed out my tire and got me back on the road in less than a half hour. The price was very affordable and they were courteous and friendly, and professional. Thank you very much for helping me out.”
