“Two class act guys! They absolutely do not deserve any bad reviews! They are two who make St. Francis, what it is. My husband and I have walked into this hardware store since 1989. Anything we needed to rent, have them fix, mix paint , sharpen, or purchase, they could find a needle in the haystack they knew right where it was. THANKS, Tim and Rich. You are both what made a monumental business in this town. Thank you, and God bless you both. Jim & Tanya Ness”

“Amazing store and amazing staff! Mike and Arlene take great care of their customers. For the DIYer in home repair, Urban's is the place to go. Also, if they don't have something in their store that you need, ask them. You would be surprised what they can order.”

“Highly recommend you stop! I heard from my friend that the sandwiches are good. She wasn't wrong. The chicken bacon ranch was delicious! It was nice sized with a good handfull of kettle chips. Try the blackberry carmel smoothie, you will want another one! It has the perfect amount of sweet and sour. Thank you for the great lunch!”
