Thank you Valerie for taking good care of me as a Verizon customer when my IPhone 14 sim died. I was in and out of the store and setup with my new phone very quickly.

We came in with a major challenge to move a phone line to a different account without the ability to directly access the old (broken) phone. Andy worked his magic to complete the change request and had us out the door inside an hour with a new phone. Excellent customer service.
