Forest Mushrooms, Inc. is a small family business offering excellent high-quality dried mushrooms. Customers report an amazing selection of incredibly high-quality mushrooms with absolutely no grit. They rehydrate wonderfully with amazing taste and texture, lasting a long time and still tasting fresh. The packaging is unattractive but gets the job done, using lightweight zip lock type bags inside the box. Easy how-to instructions for rehydration and storage are found on their website. The mushrooms are much higher quality than grocery store options, which are often exorbitantly priced, pawed through, or moldy. Many customers will never buy from another dried mushroom seller again and highly recommend Forest Mushrooms.
