“Just great all the way around. Was very friendly and professional with our furniture and took care with it. Was in and out within 2.5 hours and we hadn't moved in almost 20 years. Yes we prepped a lot prior to their arrival, but still. They did their job they came to do and didn't stand around and talk or mess on their phones. They worked and got it done. Would recommend and use again, but I'm not moving again till it's to the nursing home.”

“I was in need of a storage unit last minute. And called the number on the storage units. The guy was friendly and got me all registered over the phone and I had my storage within 10 mins. I arrived to my storage. It was clean and no water marks on the cement. So I feel confident that my belongings will not get wrecked on their storage units.”
“This is a great place is clean easily to access but the only I didn't give it 5 stats is there were 2 times I didn't get my invoice right away these times they were late ( I paid 2 months at a time) and was 2 days late from time of invoice. They charged me a $40.00 late fee so if you do rent mark it on your calendar when and how much you paid.”

“This location has a huge parking lot for customers to park in. Their storage facility is very easy to get to. All the staff even the women that works there is amazing and very nice and helpful. Even though the building in being remodeled everything is easy to get to and I had no problems getting to my storage unit. Highly recommend coming here. Thanks for your hard work.”
“Thinking of it 14 years roughly I've been there and just moving out, in that time there was no problems, no hassle, and everything was as I left it. You will have to buy a good lock.. about $15 roughly, but it gives you a key to your past treasures. Don't know if John still locks in his rates but that's the best damn thing that could happen to anyone in the last decade. Need a spot? I recommend!”

“I have rented from this organization for a few years, only yesterday May 4, 2022 have I ever encountered a serious issue with my storage unit.Someone actually cut my lock off my unit to ransack and vandalize my stored family goods in my unit. The vandals put their own lock on my unit obviously to return and remove my family’s and my own stored items, I assume they could tell anyone who might ask where they got odds and ends of furniture etc they attended an estate sale or auction. I took the vandals lock off of course and put a lock of my own back on after I took photos and made a police report. I called the manager this morning at the main office only to find out this happened to another renter too that had goods stolen but my thoughts are this, if thieves or vandals have been known to have broke into the Storage Units why was no notice given to unsuspecting renters like myself so I could of went sooner to check the security of my unit. I am an old lady, I don’t drive but my kids would have drove to check my unit.A policy should be put in place to notify renters to check their units if people are breaking into the units to steal or vandalize the contents in the storage units. I don’t blame the managerment, you know this happens everywhere , I read the newspaper you know but a policy of notifying the renters of theft/vandalism issues should be a policy of good faith by the owners and managers of the Premier Storage Units. I have never had any issue like this before and there is always room for improvement so I am posting this review to increase awareness and hopefully encourage a policy of alerting renters to check on the security of their Storage unit if any break-ins are ever reported. I am sorry this happened to myself and other victim of these thieves/ vandals. Sincerely Mrs.Lee.”
