I informed Kris of my trade-in and mentioned that I would be traveling over two hours to visit the dealership. He had everything prepared for my arrival. Throughout the process, Kris respected my boundaries and preferences, and he went above and beyond to address issues with the vehicle I was purchasing. Typically, I am not comfortable working directly with dealership staff, as many tend to focus on upselling additional items. However, Kris was different—he is approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. He made the purchasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am likely to return to him for future Subaru purchases, as long as he remains at Subaru St. Cloud.”

“Had my car towed there at 1pm and it was back in my garage by 5pm! Outstanding service! They quoted that they wouldn't get to it until Friday and it was Wednesday when my water pump went out. They found a way to fix it Wednesday afternoon and even came and got me so I didn't have to walk in the rain to pick it up. They have earned a customer for life.”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”
