“Adam and the team were so great to work with. They got me in right away, and after what I'm sure were a few choice words with my stereo system they came up with a game plan. I also needed a wheel bearing replaced and they were up front and honest about its lifespan, and let me know my brake pads (I was told by another shop they needed to be replaced immediately) had at least another 2 to 3 oil changes before needing to be replaced. Absolutely wonderful people to work with!”

“I had four tires changed out. The appointment was on time and the employees were friendly. A fresh pot of coffee was available the whole time. I would recommend Heartland Tire to anyone needing vehicle maintenance in the Saint Cloud MN area.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Kris Kelly somewhat unexpectedly when I called regarding a Subaru Ascent available at the dealership. The vehicle met all of my criteria. I informed Kris of my trade-in and mentioned that I would be traveling over two hours to visit the dealership. He had everything prepared for my arrival. Throughout the process, Kris respected my boundaries and preferences, and he went above and beyond to address issues with the vehicle I was purchasing. Typically, I am not comfortable working directly with dealership staff, as many tend to focus on upselling additional items. However, Kris was different—he is approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. He made the purchasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am likely to return to him for future Subaru purchases, as long as he remains at Subaru St. Cloud.”

“First off let say that the people at this Pomp’s location were great. I had an inside dual blowout on my motorhome on my way to my brothers. With no funds available to have it replaced at the time they allowed me to leave the motorhome for a couple days until I had the funds in the bank. I did however think the used tire was a little bit pricey compared to what I saw on the internet but can’t really complain too much.”

“I came in for an alignment and to have them fix a TPS that evidently came out of my valve stem was rolling in my tire. The guy who worked on my vehicle didn’t just change out the TPS, he actually pulled my tire off and inspected it and brought it to the waiting area to show me the findings. Needless to say, the company that put the tires on and installed the TPS, is putting new tires on my vehicle because Pomp’s was so thorough in the alignment and tire inspection. The tire has gouging in the inside of the tire all the way to the metal wires. I would have never seen the damage had it not been for their thoroughness. This is the second time that Pomp’s has gone over in above with service for my vehicles. I will continue to come back.”

“Had my car towed there at 1pm and it was back in my garage by 5pm! Outstanding service! They quoted that they wouldn't get to it until Friday and it was Wednesday when my water pump went out. They found a way to fix it Wednesday afternoon and even came and got me so I didn't have to walk in the rain to pick it up. They have earned a customer for life.”

“I was greeted by Ben and he was super nice. No issues with the services provided. Only thing I would say is the place needs a makeover. Or at least a deep cleaning. I would bring my vehicle here again for sure.”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars). Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”

“I was with my family on a trip when we noticed a nail sticking out on my front driver’s wheel. We took it to this location and they made me feel welcome and accommodated us walking in (despite being crazy busy ) without an appointment. I have never had an experience like that before and i highly rate their service, customer service and the nice gentleman (Carl?!) who helped out immensely. I would not to go another tire place again.”
