“It's always a pleasure doing business with the Freewheel folks. I'm a frequent flyer at the Bloomington location, but I also have great experiences when going to the Eden Prairie location. You can tell that they are all true bike enthusiasts and it shows in how they handle their business. Keep up the great work Freewheel! Ride on!”

“Excellent sales and service team all around. We were stepping into a new level of tech for my son’s XC MTB racing. From the sales team making sure we were sizing for a couple years of growth-spurt use, to the service team helping us understand how to maintain tubeless tires, we had a great experience with Freewheel Minnetonka and will be back for the next ride. Oh… and HUGE bonus points for the single track they built around their property to test the bikes on—complete with obstacles and a tricky rocky berm. Love it!”

“Had a mystery noise pop up on my Cannondale Cargowagen during my ride today, I was nearby and called to see if they could take a look at it. I brought it in, they got it in the stand and quickly fixed the issue. The chain guard was the culprit, easy fix. Thank you SO much!”

“The guy there was super nice, if very overworked. He let us test ride a bunch of bikes in the area behind the shop, which was a big enough space to truly try the bikes. I'd recommend their service to rent a bike for a few hours because these are expensive bikes to commit to. We didn't buy one yet but we have our eye on one of the commuter bikes. They had a good selection as well as some used bikes for half the price.”

“Came here after having a horrible experience at Gear West in Long Lake. Mac approached my wife and I the second we entered and was nothing but helpful. Mac helped both me and my wife get setup with ski boots, skis, bindings and poles. Mac is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend coming here!”

“We were there on a very busy Friday night, Zach (sorry if I misspelled that) was very helpful when he noticed we were a little over our heads looking for a bike for our daughter. He walked us through a couple choices and my daughter loved one of them. She went on a test ride in the parking lot and was sold. When I came back a few days later to pick up the bike, the staff was very helpful and even offered to load it up for me. We will definitely be future Erik’s customers!”

“I stopped in with very little idea about the kind of bike I needed. The staff were welcoming, incredibly helpful, and let me take my time asking questions and test-riding various sizes and styles. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking to learn. (Also, the prices on their bikes are VERY good!)”
