“Josh is so professional and did an insanely good job on my vehicle. I have a honda civic and his price was the cheapest, by far best option in the cities area! He was able to get all the water stains out of my seats and shampoo everything so clean it got rid of the BO odor it had from my ex using it (sorry gotta love it lol). “I was having issues with my car: the check engine light had come on and I was hearing some undesirable sounds coming from one of the wheels, and a friend recommended Grandview. Grandview diagnosed everything and sent me a helpful web report to look over suggested repairs, which was really helpful in organizing what I considered necessary. I decided to go with their suggestions and they got my car in for repairs the following week. There was a mistake in ordering one of the parts they needed for one of the repairs on the wheels and they promptly communicated that they would upgrade the part and would provide a loaner vehicle at no charge due to the mistake. They even provided a shuttle to come pick me up from work while I was without a car.
Following the fixes, I noticed a terrible screeching in one of the tires and was really anxious about taking it back after having so many repairs done and now having this new issue arise. This being my first time at Grandview, I didn't know what they would do and expected the worst. Over the phone they told me they would inspect things and see if the parts were under warranty, so I was preparing for another bill. The mechanic called me after the inspection and told me they had identified and addressed the issue and thoroughly test drove the car to ensure the symptom wasn't there anymore. When I picked up the car, they didn't charge me for any of the new work. A total relief!
I worked with Tom, John, and Julian. Tom answered the phone to help schedule repairs. He had a pleasant disposition, was efficient in taking all my information, and addressing my concerns. John interfaced with me for the work being done on my car and communicated estimates, offered recommendations, and helped with unforeseen hiccups in the repairs. Julian was at the front desk when I picked up my car and was amicable and friendly.
Grandview lived up to their mission statement to provide a relationship of trust and integrity, and I would definitely recommend their work.”

Just today, I dropped off my son’s car to figure out why his new battery wasn’t holding a charge. “I started off at Mister car Wash. Their equipment was running too hard or whatever and it started chipping. My paint went to Tommy's Express love the place swear by it send everybody there. The brushes, their brushes and their equipment are softer. They don't run them as hard and it gets your car cleaner. So if you're looking for a drive-thru car wash, go to go to Tommy's Express...”

“This coin operated do it yourself car wash is a decently good deal and if you like the process of detailing your own car than this can be a great option to get things just how you like. The timing system ca be a bit fussy but there are some simple graphics that guide you through the washing process. With a smaller car you can probably get through a whole wash for under $5 but if you have a larger vehicle like a truck it is going to probably run you closer to $8.”

“Overall good experience - I have a sprinter van that needs 10' clearance, so car washes are hard to find. Place was clean and operated fine.
If it were my car wash I'd change the following:
*Add clearance height above the doors (or somewhere else that's obvious) so customers know - I had to creep forward while hanging out of the van to see if it would clear. I had to do the same as I got in the actual wash bay, as I thought the supply line above was going to hit - there was just enough clearance, at least in the one bay I used.
*Add clearance height to Google Business profile for customers.
*Extend the supply line that runs horizontal above the car - it's not long enough to get around a big van. Do the same for the soap brush.
*Put foam around the brush hose to reduce impact when the hose bangs into the side of the car when scrubbing.”

“This place was good. I only needed to vacuum my car after a road trip w the kids. Once I got my tokens (thanks to a very helpful staff person) the vacuum picked up as much as a large handful of Chex mix, a bunch of chunky leftovers from hauling firewood, lollipop sticks and more. And it lasted longer than expected for each cycle (2 cycles for a small suv). The terminal to pay for tokens w a credit card is awful. If the friendly staff person wasn’t there I could see getting frustrated. Good experience overall”
