I had bank with Citizen Independent Bank for over 15+years, but when someone's trying to take money from my account everyday over and over making my account goes negative the bank did nothing to stop them or calling me. On top of that the bank kept charging me for overdraft fee. When I called and asked the bank to put a stop on my account, they told me that because my account is negative and I don't have enough money in my account to pay for the stop fee there's nothing they can do for me. Wow!!!

Friend of mine shared a story from this bank. The VP was getting ready to leave but instead of leaving for the day stopped and helped him. He recommended I check this bank out for my business as I am sick an tired of banks that care nothing about their customers or personal service. I now see this VP responding to all the reviews and leaving his number for people to contact him. Wow, that is amazing. Unheard of in this age of hurry up and get out the door banking. My business partners met with Michelle and she was AMAZING! We are moving our accounts to this bank now because of the desire for the personal service. Thanks Citizens for keeping true to old school banking.

Rarely do you get personal service at a bank these days. This bank deserves 5 stars. I was there to get something notarized. The Senior vice president was getting ready to leave and he was kind enough to check with his staff on what the people were waiting for. Instead of leaving me to wait for a banker for another 30min-1hour he found out I just needed a notary and stopped from leaving went back to his office and did the notarization for me. His extra 5 minutes saved me an hour. 99% of other bankers would have walked out that door without a second thought. Great job Gregory Palmer and Citizens Bank! Highly Recommend over the big box banks.

I felt terrible for coming in 10 minutes before the bank closed but it was the only time I could make it in and it was a must I open the account today. The staff were extremely empathetic friendly, and helpful. They put me at ease and had me out the door within 20 minutes. Thank you!

I’ve had my business account here for over 17 years and the service and staffing levels are not good. I used to love the tellers and I like supporting a smaller bank but I’m seriously considering moving to Wells Fargo

Bad customer service, I been with them since the age 15 im 25 now and nothing changed but the card. it’s the same bad, out dated, slow ATM, slow balance report , they charge for every little thing and bad customer service all around the company, DONT BANK, Save time and go somewhere else cus I am…. Hope this helps someone make a good decision

Started banking here because a friend recommended them and they were a convenient banking location for my family. We have since moved a good distance away and we still only bank at Citizens because of the amazing VP Michelle Jones. She is great to work with, direct, personable, and takes the time to help. The tellers are always cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for a better banking experience.

Used to love having relaxing Saturday mornings when I could get my banking done at my local branch. Until Gred decided to discontinue Saturday's in Plymouth. Now I need to take time away from my job when I should be making money, just to cash a check. Greg Palmer honestly has the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. What a shame, used to be an awesome bank.
