“I popped into the North Loop Madewell on a mission to find jeans that actually fit me, a task I usually dread because finding the right pair has always been a struggle. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through every style Madewell offers, set me up in a dressing room, and gave me the kind of support you usually only get from a best friend.
Shopping alone can be tough, especially when you need that second opinion, but he hyped me up, made me feel confident, and helped me find jeans that I love. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but the quality and the level of care from employees who truly go above and beyond make them worth every penny.
