My boyfriend and I took Darren’s class on Wednesday morning and it was such a great workout, he was an amazing teacher. It was perfect for all levels (I have done similar classes before and it was my boyfriend’s first time). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good workout!

One of the best studios with best instructors. Always great music. Locker room is a little tight, but has showers, everything you need.

Great variety of classes and multiple offerings a day. I've really enjoyed the teachers I've had in classes. Recently remodeled and updated the studio.
