I was greeted immediately by two friendly staff. One of them helped me with two transactions. After 10 years I decided to go elsewhere, I did my research and after contacting a few other unions and banks realized this was by far the best option. I recently paid off my loan back in April, but didn't realize I had lost my lien release card when I went to trade in my vehicle right before Thanksgiving!
