“Jenna Williams, who is new employee with you, is an excellent member representative. I arrived at the bank around 4:35. I was trying to take a loan out against my credit card. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you.
