“Microcenter's service and expertise is second to none. You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, they do that to give their customers only the best products and the best experience possible.Edit: 2024I just built a custom gaming PC 100% at Microcenter. It was a great experience. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”

“Came in for new phone upgrade for son, left with us both doing it. Great attitude from the staff. They recognized that when it was getting busy they immediately started a list to keep everyone organized. The gentleman who helped us was very good. Hit me with changing my plan and handled my grilling of him on why I wasn't going to, but he showed me how and reassured me it truly will ne unlimited and does not affect performance, I had to say yes. Glad I did cuz now I will be saving over $200+ a year. In the end it was a long time to do both phones but it's not on their service but T-Mobile's issue. Agree with heavy security they have you do but the fact that it seems their internet is slow for downloading new phone info AND the team actually has to call on the regular customer line for ?'s and issues which is ridiculous for them. So that is why it's not 5 stars. So be aware, if you're waiting along time it's not on these guys.”

“This post is to acknowledge the Starbucks employees. They were short staffed, only one person taking orders and making drinks…. There were a ton of orders waiting… I watched the other employee who was taking a break get up and I overheard them say they can’t just sit and watch this… (been there done that) no need to get anyone in trouble for not completing their break but really to show how awesome that was. That employee could have continued to take their break but instead got up to help. Kudos to them and target needs to acknowledge that”
