“I can’t say enough good things about this business. I recently had transmission issues on my Audi Allroad. The Audi dealer quoted me between $7000-$9000 to complete the repairs. I decided to get a second opinion at German Auto Works based on previous positive experiences there. They identified two potential issues, one relatively minor in cost and the other much more expensive. I went forward with the work at GAW and I’m very happy I did. They completed the less expensive repairs first and determined that the issue appeared to be resolved. Instead of completing the additional, more expensive repair, they contacted me to let me know that the initial work had addressed the problem. They even had me come to the shop to drive the car with the owner to confirm that the car was driving as expected. Based on this experience I have full trust and confidence in GAW. They could have completed all of the repairs (including the more expensive repairs that were ultimately not needed) and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they completed only the necessary repairs and then went out of their way to confirm that the issue was resolved with me directly. They have a small lot that is oftentimes overflowing with work and in my opinion that also speaks to people confident to bring their Land Rovers to them to be repaired. They do great work.
