Not sure why this FedEx store has a poor rating. My experience has generally been positive. Usually no wait and the employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking with spots in front of the store. My only recommendation would be for lever/button to open the door automatically when carrying large packages.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had to send back 3 client computers to 3 different addresses and I was in the store for less than 10 minutes. Everything was clear and easy! I did not catch their name but I will back to this store for my shipping needs.
