Great! This is the location to go to for drop-off packages! They have a new drop-off machine: scan, and print receipt. and drop in box all on your own. This was new to me, but the staff member Mike still helped me scan and retrieve my receipt! There's a parking lot with 15 min parking and other coffee and bank in the same Cedar Point location!

Horrible experience here today with Roxanne, I stopped by this FedEx location because it is the most convenient for me as I am a SLP resident. However I will not be returning after a 45 minute wait I was threatened with being kicked out of the store because Roxanne did not know how to preform the duties I was requesting. I even asked for a manager to contact and she refused to provide me with one. Terrible customer service

I have come a couple of times to print sewing patterns. The associate working the print desk frequently does not know how to correctly size the pattern so the test area is the correct 4” x 4”. I just brought out a pattern to transfer and the test area is 1/4” too big.

Quick, efficient service, and friendly staff. I came in today to have 4# of shred to have them take. Everything was good, except that I feel that their per pound fee is a bit high, where it stands now.

0. Zip. Nada. No Hello, No Welcome, No smile, No what can I help you with today??? We walked into this location after our 3rd attempt of giving Fed Ex $$$ to get a solution to our packaging needs. We simply needed help. We walked in, asked Patricia about how we can get this shipping label after having hard time online at home. She unpleasantly says, "I cannot help you with that, you do that online." I explained to her we were here specifically for help. She looked at me with a blank stare, as if she had better things to do when the store only had 1 other client who was waiting before we arrived. I then see there are computers - which we could help ourselves to. But had she simply made the minimal amount of effort to point them out, our customer experience would have been amazing, for such a simple task. All I want to say is I am most certain she picks and choses who she helps and there is no way I would want someone like that to work for my business. I would never allow one of my employees to behave in such a disgusting way toward people that sincerely need help. Oh and the best part? She completely turned it around when other customers walked in. When we asked for her name, she goes, "Why do you need my name? To complain on you obviously. "Do you want me to spell it out?" Interesting thing to say to people who 1. Have an accent just like you do. and 2. Put food into your mouth and money onto your table.

The assistant manager here is horrible .Twice I've been there now,sour faced,moody.If she doesn't like her job then LEAVE.She won't even look at you when "helping" you.I hate going there but have to send products .

My family and I came into this office…needing to get my Uncles Obituary printed. It had already been really stressful, and coming into the FedEx was our last stop to get things completed. The First Lady showed us how to set it up and print them ourselves. We quickly ran into a problem. One of the ladies Shawnee (not exactly sure how to spell her name), came over to help us. She quickly took charge, got our stuff, told us she would do it herself. She got it put on better paper and really went out of her way to help us. We really…really appreciated her help; she went above and beyond at a time when we really needed her! Thank you so much Shawnee…my family and I appreciate you, I hope FedEx does too!

I came in this morning to return some clothes that I had ordered in the mail. The process included me printing out a shipping label and a return slip. Unfortunately there was someone already in there that was using the printers so it looked like it was going to be a long wait. The girl at the counter was really helpful and able to print the shipping label for me. She even successfully juggled me and the person that came in after me, managing to complete one task while waiting for one to load or print. Really smooth and left me with great vibes.

I come here often for my business. The reality of this location is they try they're best but it's hit or miss. I avoid Dylan as often as possible, he's unfriendly and comes off as being bothered when you come in. I chop it up as his personality but I shouldn't have to. Crystal is the most bubbly one there and provides thorough information. The remaining staff are just fine to work with. I have been in and out before with no issues and have had to wait a while before being acknowledged or helped. I honestly just think it's a lot for the staff during these crazy times. I gave the four stars because I appreciate their hard work but agree with some of the reviews that staff interaction could use some help.

Given how crazy a lot of shipping has been lately, this place is proven ideal for getting things out the same day. I'm not waiting for someone to come to my office, I just swing through and drop it off. My one suggestion is that you definitely definitely get your own box and packaging. They really seemed to upcharge for those. Otherwise I did not see a difference in pricing for shipping at the volume we were shipping. We did not get a discount for bringing it in person.
