Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had to send back 3 client computers to 3 different addresses and I was in the store for less than 10 minutes. Everything was clear and easy! I did not catch their name but I will back to this store for my shipping needs.

I worked with Jordan on my wedding printing project. He was wonderful, kept me informed throughout the process and called if there were changes to pricing. He made sure that all of my needs were met and was so friendly and polite. I recommend Fedex Printing if you need any kind of signage or banners for your wedding!

Just dropped off 3 large packages, packed extremely well, but rather than pick the boxes up, they flipped them over and over to move them back to their storage area. Hoping they survive. The sales person was complaining the whole time. Never bringing packages back here.

The staff working last night went above and beyond to help me. I had a mailing emergency- my husband lost his car keys in a remote ski village in Michigan and I needed to overnight him the spare. I arrive at 5:55pm (they close at 6pm on Saturdays) and bring my two high energy toddlers with me. Both staff members greeted me kindly as if it were the middle of the day. While I was busy with one staff helping me locate the nearest FedEx to the ski resort, the other staff entertained my children and gave them bubble pops. You two were incredible, thank you.

Dont usually have issues with this location, but employee didnt let me finish explaining the situation before guy told me he could do nothing. My issue isnt things taking long to retrieve, but how I was treated. I come in to print documents every few weeks as I dont own a printer. I wasnt printing anymore than I usually do and I have printed bigger pdf jobs than this one and yes those took usually took a little bit longer to retrieve. However docs were taking a bit longer to retrieve (it's been a few minutes) and I just wanted in inquire about it, potentially cancel and try again. He said it could take up to 10 minutes to load with what I was attempting to print: few pdf with couple pgs each and 2 jpegs. I ended up standing there occupying printer until current print job timed out. I made my email to send for printing just a little smaller and when repeated process again print job was retrieved within 20-30 sec. Again my frustration was my interaction with employee. Maybe start beelining to a further out FedEx going forward.

Hands-down, the experience I had at this. FedEx was probably the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in years. I had to ship a very oversized package that didn’t fit in the standard size box. Ralph, Mihrena (I’m sure I’m misspelling, oops!) and the entire team at the store were beyond helpful. They helped me figure out the cheapest way to package it up, helped me pack the entire thing, worked with me to figure out the best shipping options, and made it so that I could return other more expensive packing materials I bought elsewhere. Ralph even offered to drive to another location to find a better size box for me. Everyone went above and beyond. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I cannot recommend this FedEx enough and all the employees here deserve enormous recognition! Thank you, thank you!

Ralph and Jordyn were amazing. They helped with printing out my poster with so much understanding of what I needed. Will definitely come to this FedEx for all my future projects.

The staff here are all super friendly, helpful, and funny. We had a huge, 7 piece sofa to return to Wayfair, and they helped turn an unpleasant task into an enjoyable experience. 100% recommend this location.

(11/15/24) Had a bit of a rough time getting an Uber to Fedex to ship out quite a bit of stuff, and by the time I got to this location, I was warmly and welcomingly greeted by Jordan and Mih'Rena, who - and this is going to sound so corny - went above and beyond to help me out. 41 packages (and one bottle of SmartWater) later, and they were still just as awesome as when I'd walked in. Completely in awe of the service provided! Thank you, Jordan and Mih'Rena!!

I came in an hour before close to fax a couple documents. Anastasia’s coworker had just left, he was helpful as well. My fax took 40 mins to send through, the store was non stop the entire time. Anastasia helped every single person so kindly, efficiently and effortlessly! So happy I decided to stop in! Friendly, professional and efficient!
