“I praise the young lady that works overnight named Dai. She’s always extremely helpful and friendly and always tends to my needs when I come in. One night I came in for my ritual of mtn dews and they were closed and I didn’t understand why. It actually made me quite annoyed. Once they reopened, she happily explained to me that the overnight takes a break and has to lock up the store to do so since it’s just one of them. Usually from 2-2:45 A.M. I immediately felt bad for being annoyed when everyone deserves a break, especially when they’re working hard like her. The store always looks so tidy and clean and I feel like she’s always making it better. Thank you!”

I stopped at this shop to ask for help and he generously followed me in his truck, braved the cold to get on his hands and knees to attach a chain, and pulled the van out. “Gave them a call an asked if they mount used tires because 90% of tire places won’t mount used tires they had no problem doing them dropped them off at 7pm an they were done an ready to go next morning great service an great ppl would definitely recommend if you need some new or used tires put on they are they place.”

“I didn’t grow up here but this place brings back fond memories of the service station in the neighborhood I grew up in during the 70s. - emphasis on service. Love that they offer free air for my bike and car tires. Today I stopped in with my bike because I couldn’t unscrew a screw on it. I don’t know who helped me but he stopped what he was doing, found the perfect screwdriver and made my day a lot better with this very simple task. Thank you, Mobile good guys! You’re old school service is much appreciated ?”

If I could give more stars I honestly would! I had an emergency tire repair needing to be done and I dreaded having to take it in somewhere to get it repaired, as I do unfortunately have a bias about the auto repair industry and how gender roles can affect the outcome for lots of people.
I called multiple tire shops around me and that bias was almost immediately brought to fruition. I was met with stark tones from the male service reps. I was talked down to and rushed and not given clear or direct answers when I had specific questions… I was about ready to try and be a YouTube mechanic and figure it out myself (I know how to change a tire. but my rim was bent and I didn’t know how to handle that).
Anyways, before I decided to throw in the towel, I made one final call and that was to Bobby & Steve’s.
I spoke with three different gentlemen that worked there and they ALL understood proper customer service. It was a breathe of fresh air and I actually felt comfortable and confident in bringing my vehicle to them.
Ryan specifically knocked it out of the park. He even went the extra mile and added my tires to a pickup order he was already planning to make within the next half hour of me calling, so I could get my tire replaced same day! I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me, the person, not just fulfill a sale or a quota or whatever.
I felt even more relaxed when I finally arrived to the auto shop and was face to face with everyone in person. Just an overall great environment and great employees and that is a big deal, especially in today’s social climate where customer service is kind of dead regardless of gender or other bias. I just really appreciate this place and I will definitely be back again!”
“A huge thank you to all the staff and management at VIP! I bring my car, my wife’s car, and both of my kids’ cars here, and no matter who is working, we are always treated with kindness and respect.
Just today, I dropped off my son’s car to figure out why his new battery wasn’t holding a charge. The team thoroughly checked everything and discovered that the battery grounding wire simply needed to be tightened. We left the car there, and when I returned to pick it up, they refused to charge me—something I know 99% of other companies would have.

Felt like they cared. Will definitely go back for other services and highly recommend to others, especially if you don’t know much about tires, I felt I could trust them.”
“Matt is our trusted mechanic! We made the decision to keep our low mileage well maintained vehicles, and keep them well maintained, rather than paying the high prices for new vehicles, and he makes sure that plan works for us. He has done several major repairs for us, he is very honest, communicates well, and stands behind his work. When we had a catastrophic engine failure when we were 50 miles out of town due to a defective part, he not only replaced it under his warranty policy, but also covered the cost of towing. My only issue with him is, he’s so honest and so reasonable, that he is always super busy, his parking lot is always full of cars to be repaired. Have him diagnose the issue, then schedule the repair, he will get the needed parts in house and get you back on the road ASAP. Nice guy, nice family, and a great team of employees.”
“I cannot thank the team at Repair Rite enough! They put a new starter in for me in July and it became disconnected! They took care of everything, from the tow to the repair, no cost to me at all! How’s that for customer service?? I’m completely amazed by how they handled this and I would recommend them to anyone!”
“We all know that Costco usually has very competitive prices when it comes to gas. This is a very busy station and sometimes the lot can be full to actually get in to fill your car up.
I see they included some new signage so people know that there are extra long hoses on the gas pumps and that you can fill your vehicle from either side as you park.
They did add an extra stop sign before you get into the gas area. This stop sign has not been there for years, so don't be caught. Unaware that there is a new stop sign.”

“They are number one for affordable gas in the US. It’s cheaper and good compared to other gas stations. But the line is so long which is the only issue but its costco so we can never expect free lines 😅”

“Recently took our van to T&T for a tire issue on the morning it was discovered for an older model minivan. We knew the tires were in need of replacement, but had been dragging our feet since they weren't readily available in retail spots. They were able to get the tires in that day and we got our car back that afternoon. Jordan is always very helpful and not pushy/sales-y.”
