We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership out of state. Our salesperson, Aden, was excellent—friendly, responsive, and great to work with. He made the buying experience easy and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, things became frustrating once the deal was handed off to the team handling the paperwork. I had to sign multiple sets of DocuSign packages because of repeated errors, and those same mistakes carried over to the physical documents we signed with the notary. On top of that, the dealership never updated my contact information in their system after I—not my wife—became the actual purchaser. As a result, every time I needed to complete a DocuSign, the verification code was sent to her phone, and I had to wait for her to forward it to me, even after asking several times for the issue to be corrected.
When the car was delivered, the steering wheel was noticeably crooked, despite it being a certified pre-owned vehicle with a 200-point inspection. I had to take time out of my day to visit my local dealership to have it realigned.
Overall, Aden provided great service, but the administrative side and quality control processes definitely need improvement.

Taylor was so helpful and easy to work with. I’m glad to have purchased with him and WE Lincoln. Also, Rose from the concierge is wonderful. Great service all around.

Purchased a car from here and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jujuan was very helpful through the whole process and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. Prices also seem fair which is a huge plus obviously

Would have expected more from a Lincoln dealer. Sales people and manager knew the excact car we wanted, car presented kept getting switched to just complete the deal. Wrong color, wrong options and then even the price. Had we not paid attention they would have given us wrong car for inflated price.

I brought my car in to their service shop on a Thursday morning WITH an appointment. By the following Tuesday they still haven't looked at it! And they are not sure when they'll get around to it. This was after telling them each time we contacted them that we need the car back by Wednesday. How many people can go an entire week without their vehicle?!? I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service.

Recently purchased a new Aviator from West End. It was a good experience to work with them on it. We were treated fairly with our trade in a purchase price on the new Aviator. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future.

We recently purchased a vehicle here and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Kasey met us at the door, answered any questions we had was prompt and courteous. She responded to messages almost immediately even after we had purchased the vehicle.

If I could give a below one I would. I’ve served in a lot of industries but as a car salesman I’d be more ethical and give better customer service. I was working with Aden, very short and as a matter fact. And don’t get me wrong that can be a good or bad thing. And I’m a very nice person but to be so nonchalant when asking what’s wrong with the used car I’m buying, being more personable would help! Not a brand new car but business is business. I didn’t get why I had to do an identity check when I gave all form of identification, or maybe it’s the 760 credit score as a person of color is the red flag. I also didn’t appreciate my information being ran on another vehicle after I left.. Please stop trying to follow up, my business has been appreciated and successful elsewhere! Definitely should be a lesson to learn both ends.
