Wonderful dealership and exemplary customer service! I traveled from out of state as they offered best possible price for my trade in. You are treated like royalty from the moment you walk in the door. I bought a used vehicle but it was detailed so well it looked new. Jackson B was great! He was timely with all responses and made the buying experience easy and efficient. Will be returning to this dealership again! Thanks West End!!

Fantastic, patient, and knowledgeable sales people! I really felt like they were invested in helping me find the perfect car for my needs. It took me a few months before I found “the one”, and I never felt rushed or pressure to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales guy, Dave!

I don’t normally write any reviews about my experiences on the internet, but I have to for this. Before I explain about my experiences with this dealership I I’m so very disappointed in so many ways. From the sales man to the finance mgr to the service department. I saw this Subaru on the internet went in to test drive it. Jackson helped us out showing the vehicle it was going smooth. The vehicle is for the kids mother she with me as will. After driving it we liked the vehicle Jackson went over some numbers with us and…… okay this going to be way too long to explain and breakdown. Im going to get to the point we told Jackson to let us sleep on our decisions. His face turned red and started to get very pushy on why we’re not buying it and vehicle might not be here long. Thee days later we can bought the vehicle Jackson did a poor job explaining just push push and sign. We put 2k dollars down payment on the vehicle.After a couple weeks we still didn’t understand the paperwork and numbers didn’t seem to add right. I called talking to Gary went in to help breakdown the numbers. He came out seem very irritated on why we didn’t understand the document. He started to just run down the number on the documents instead of asking what we didn’t understand. Next day all the lights on the dashboard was flashing like a Christmas tree along with a clicking noise from turning assuming to be an axle. Oh yeah told Gary this it said it’s the tire just rubbing the wheel lining…. Anyway we dropped off vehicle 7am by 3:30pm no one called. I called the dealership come to find out the vehicle has not even been serviced yet! OMG! All day! I was told by John he will call me back. Now it’s 4:40pm I get a call looks like the battery is low causing the all the lights to flash, but will need another day to find out the clicking noise when turning.Okay sure no problem I miss 2 hrs of work in the next day had to drive the kids mom to work. The whole day goes by and it’s a Friday at 3:30pm no calls so I called again. Left a msg with the receptionist for to call me because service was busy. Now it’s 4:30pm still no calls I called back left a msg with another receptionist. 5:00pm I get a phone call from John look later like it’s a sway bar link that is the cause of the problem. It took all day to find that out! Not only did it take all day the part had to get ordered! We need the vehicle she has places to go vehicle was drivable.Now the passenger window won’t roll down and the gas gauge went empty while driving went back to full after shutting off vehicle. Monday kids mom drops off the vehicle 7:00am they dropped her off to work. 4:30pm we go pick up vehicle. Widow working, fuel gauge, can’t figure out, dashboard lights, all seems to be good. Was told if the vehicle acts up again bring it back in. It’s only been two days!!! It’s Christmas all over again! All the lights are flashing again! I thought that it’s fixed I guess not. Now I have to miss work again!!!I’m so frustrated right now it’s 4am in the morning here I am with pages long of my frustration with this dealership!

What a phenomenal dealership, inside and out! Very classy layout and furnishings, and we love how they don’t pass you around to different folks during the transaction. Jackson was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. His courtesy, respect and sense of humor put my wife at ease and made her even more confident and excited with her new ride!

Jackson Lindejugel was my salesman and what an awesomeness experience he gave. It would do you justice to ask for him when deciding to buy a car. He is patient, he is funny he listens perfectly, and cares so much about your decision. He is well-versed and takes his job seriously along with making you feel so comfortable. Had a very unpleasant experience with West End Lincoln over the past few days. To start, they sold me a vehicle my parents insurance, and almost all others for that matter, refuses to cover unless I get a software update. They also sold me a vehicle that can be stolen with just a usb cord, something I found out after the fact. The didn’t even bother to check for any active recalls on the vehicle, which could’ve of been done easily at no charge to them especially because they have a Morrie’s Hyundai about a mile from them. I won’t be able to get the software update for this vehicle for at least a week and a half. Even then, my parents insurance will end up costing them and extra $400-$600 a month, something they or I can not afford.They didn’t even bother to offer installing the software update and getting this fixed immediately. They told me if my parent’s insurance still refuses to cover the vehicle after this update that I should just get new insurance as well. They claim to have no knowledge of this issue with the car they sold which is very concerning considering the also sell high end vehicles. It’s concerning that they decide to sell vehicles they know nothing about and apparently it’s my problem that they neglected be informed on this vehicle and to inform me how much of a liability the vehicle is. So, I’m sitting here with a $14,000 vehicle I cannot legally drive for the time being and they refuse to let me return it and the offered no solutions. Very disappointing and upsetting experience as a first time car buyer, I would recommend you avoid this place. Buyer beware.

Ordered an antenna online from ford parts from west end Lincoln. When I go to install it, turns out I got the wrong antenna and need to replace it. I drove down to the dealership to explain the situation and get a refund and the correct part. West end Lincoln refused to take the return based on the fact I didn’t have envelope they shipped it in to me! Despite it clearly having the parts and not being used. Parts manager should be ashamed of himself. I have been a ford customer for years but this is my first interaction with west end Lincoln. Highly disappointed they don’t look out for their customers. Definitely never ordering parts from here again.

The dealership is amazing not like the traditional car dealership! It is like walking into some high end hotel with an open office concept-very comfortable and professional. My sales person, Patience, was fantastic helping me assess the various models and sizes of SUVs for my specific needs advising me on the features that would serve me best! There was no mean sales manager to run the deal past for their approval - everything was straight forward and transparent making my purchase of a new Lincoln easy, satisfying with no regrets!

Anya, Jackson B and Jon P were fantastic with my experience! I have had Honda and Lexus prior and my experience here was by far the best! It was fast and easy and more than happy with my new Corsair! Will definitely stay with Lincoln!
