“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “My tire pressure monitor sensor warning light came on as I was 35 minutes into a trip to Wyoming, driving on I-494 through St. Paul. I exited at 5th Avenue, having no idea where to go to have this checked. Driving about a mile through a residential neighborhood, I saw Marie Avenue Service, parked in their lot and went in, where my car was immediately serviced! “Easy. The job they did looks great. Marshal offered an extra perk. The car was not only washed outside, but the full interior was vacuumed and every service was gone over with a treated cloth. Car looked and smelled great. I was told 4 weeks. They took three weeks and three days. It just seemed like forever without a car being dependent on someone else. A rental was too expensive just to get out a few days.”

“We called Inver Grove Mazda because the front door of our 2017 Mazda would not latch shut. The service assistor timely checked the probable problem, checked if the parts were available and informed me of the estimate cost and notified me that the part was not in stock in the Twin Cities and must be ordered from chicago. We dropped off the car and the repairs were done and the estimated costs were right on. Inver Grove Mazda also identified other repairs that needed to be done. “I stopped by on Sunday because the back driver's side tire on my car was losing air, and I wasn't sure what had caused it. I went inside and explained the situation to the staff.
Gabe immediately stepped up and offered to take a look at my tire. He quickly found that a nail had punctured it and explained a few different options for repairing it. He then generously offered to help.
We drove over to the Holiday Gas Station, where Gabe walked me through every step of the repair process. He sealed the puncture, checked to make sure the tire was holding air pressure, and ensured it was safe for me to drive.
I can't thank Gabe enough for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a complete stranger. Because of his help, I was able to safely make it back to the Twin Cities without worrying about my tire.
Thank you to all of the staff for your outstanding customer service, and a special thank you to Gabe for taking the time to help me when I really needed it. Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did.

“I had some damage to my aluminum tailgate on my new Ram PU. Caliber Collison's bid was double than Trail. I was told by Caliber all the plastic logos and top tailgate foil would break and would cost me around $500 to replace.
Trail Autobody removed and reinstalled all the plastic parts. Bryan who I first met with made me feel confident about their workmanship.
Matt who did the work made the repair look like factory condition and even repaired some small dents not quoted in the proposal. When I picked up the truck I noticed a couple of microscopic nibs in the paint and brought it to Matt's attention. He immediately spent a couple minutes wet sanding and buffing them out.
Trail Autobody is a small intimate business that does extraordinarily great work. I highly recommend this service and 100% will patronize their company for all my auto body work
