“I was trying to get my audio issue diagnosed same day Called 7 different shops all were completely booked. he was able to make time for me and come check it out he showed me what the issue was and even gave me additional tips and information. I highly recommend coming to this place. Amazing prices and the employees/business owner are even better.

“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “I realized 30min before Johnson’s closed that my other headlight (so both) had gone out and I wouldn’t be able to drive to work in the dark the next morning. They were so kind and took me in last minute to help get my headlights replaced even with only 15 min left of their day being open. He was so helpful and I couldn’t be more greatful. Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. “I traded my Cx5 2019 for a 2025 model. The process was straight forward, the entire transaction took a little over 2 hours, most of it was spent on waiting for the car wash and signing papers. I was pleasantly surprised by terms and no bargaining. The staff was very helpful, the offer for the trade in was a little higher than book value, on top of several promotional deductions, rebates, and dealers discount I drove away with the new car.
I want to point out that the staff was friendly and helpful even offered a tutorial. Very good experience.”

This visit was not unusual.....I knew what I came in for. 105000 mile service. I should have said something and maybe save more on the cost, but having Nissan eyes on work like that is probably a good thing.

“Today was a really treat in customer service, kindness and common cents that is no longer common. I came in wanting to buy wiper blades. There were a few people in front of me no big deal. The line moved fast while still offering customers free installation of the wiper blades they purchased. More impressive in today’s world is that when the phone rang and it did frequently Cedric answered let them know he was helping the people in front of him and with be with them shortly. Which I so appreciated! With knowledge, kindness and efficiency Cedric got the blades I came in for and promptly installed them and disposed of the old one. Thank you! And well done.”

“Had an incredible pick on there Wheelbarrow Sale day, today. Probably about $700 worth of parts, overflowing the wheelbarrow. The only catch to this sale, there's a PVC square just inside the door it has to fit through, as wide as an SUV tailgate, maybe 5 feet tall. Awesome day picking. Car folks, y'all will love this place.”
