Kendall's Ace Hardware is a locally owned neighborhood store offering personal service, quality products, and a convenient shopping experience. Staff are very professional, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and eager to assist; they know the store well and provide exceptional and fast service. If they do not have an item, they will try to order it. Customers report an excellent experience, feeling important and helped with tasks like getting tools or duplicate keys. The store is more convenient than big box alternatives, with fair prices and regular coupons. A huge bonus is the presence of shop cats, and they always have bags of popcorn for customers.
The workers there were super helpful, they even found me what I was looking for and they have these two adorable cats at the store.

I love this place. While I can’t bring back the 7 corners hardware shop and sincerely miss the BHV basement in Paris, Kendall’s on Payne has everything I need. The free popcorn and resident cats, Stanley and Michaela, always make me happy and calm me down from crisis fix it mode.
