“We love our apartment at The Lyric! The modern, spacious unit is filled with light from the large windows. The amenities are well maintained and management is kind and responsive. My only complaint is the hot tub was under maintenance several times over the summer but when it is running, the experience from the rooftop is amazing.”

But I instantly got a reply from the manager Nathan, and even though he couldn't help me, he took the time to respond and offer some suggestions for me. The info he gave me was really helpful. “I normally do not leave reviews at all, but I wanted to share my experiences so far living here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Brittney is amazing and is always so welcoming and helpful along with everyone else in the office (I happen to speak to Brittney the most). Any issues I have had in the past gets resolved within the same day. Our AC was leaking last year and we notified the office and got a brand new one within the same day! They are always on top of everything! Always so welcoming, sweet, and communicative. This place is a great, small community to reside in.”
“The Riverwood has been amazing so far! The place is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the walking path is an added bonus. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the management team is very kind!”
“I lived there Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. Korrine and the crew were awesome! Great communication, clear and never pressured. They were reasonably prompt and complete with repair requests. I am a transplant, and it was a great first place to land and I appreciate Korrine being personable. The other tenants were respectful, quiet and friendly. They minded their own business. the mail man was very nice too! the apartments were spacious and at a great price.”

“I have lived at Lexington Hills (Lexington & Jefferson/Mac Grovland) for seven years. It's a lovely well-managed property. The rent is reasonable the management is responsive. I don't intend to move anytime soon. Its pet-friendly the people are, too.”
“I lived here for about 2 years. Decent location. Was a nice first apartment as an autistic individual. Trader Joe's is across the street, Arby's and Carbones as well Walgreens and The Nook as well Mavericks Pizza within walking or biking distance.”
“I am a current resident since 2019 and I like my apartment. Management has gotten soooooo much better than when I moved in. Yes there has been some issues but all of them have been resolved or are being addressed and addressed. It’s a good starter apartment. The maintenance team are very good. If life hits you they are always willing to work with you. The new office manager is phenomenal. She is very respectful very willing to help super nice and sweet but sometimes I do not like certain residents that are here due to their actions. I do think that the rent is a little high, but that is just due to the current event. It is a good area with trails and parks.”
