The building has a lot of historic character, and the location is fantastic — close to restaurants, parks, and everything happening in the city while still feeling comfortable and welcoming as a place to live. The views of the river are breath taking.

Everything in the apartment was updated, my (corner) unit was very spacious with beautiful natural lighting, things were quiet and safe, and Dan was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests were answered very quickly, and he's always pleasant to interact with. Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. “I am a current resident of Fox Ridge Estates and have resided here for just over a decade now. I honestly enjoy living here.
The neighborhood is very quiet and nearby a lot of necessities that are either within walking distance or accessible through public transportation. That includes groceries, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, etc… I love the fact all this is close by and decreasing the likelihood that I have to venture very far for all my needs. Even with the economy and inflation concerns, I find that Fox Ridge Estates is still the most economical offering within this much proximity to the Twin Cities in comparison to Eagan as well as the airport. It’s a convenient location too and not far from my employer, which works out rather well for me.
It’s a pretty cozy one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment unit that I rent: more than enough space for me. Plus management does make an effort to keep appliances and amenities updated, which is always appreciated. The grounds are well maintained too and kept pretty clean regularly.
Speaking of the management, I like them too as they’re pretty friendly and amenable. I’m always comfortable reaching out to Angie, the apartment manager, for any questions or maintenance concerns I have. Anytime I’ve had an issue or complication involving my apartment unit, she along with maintenance staff have always been rather quick to address it right away: even in the middle of the night. (That was a lifesaver earlier this summer for example when my a/c unit died during a heatwave!)
I definitely recommend living here.”

I hope they can add more washing machine and Dryer. So I don’t have to wait 2 hrs to my clothes in the dryer.Laundry room is my only issue.”
“Amazing community! Not the safest with being downtown, at least it isn’t that terrible but I’ve had my car broken into, and my motorcycle stolen all in less than 2 years. I’d like them to add more cameras for these incidents that happen! Maintenance is awesome and usually are pretty fast getting things taken care of!”

“I lived there Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. Korrine and the crew were awesome! Great communication, clear and never pressured. They were reasonably prompt and complete with repair requests. I am a transplant, and it was a great first place to land and I appreciate Korrine being personable. The other tenants were respectful, quiet and friendly. They minded their own business. the mail man was very nice too! the apartments were spacious and at a great price.”

“nice apartments, gym has nice equipment but usually broken. pool & balcony are nice but hot tub has been broken since move in. rent is high. maintenance comes super quick. Haven’t had any problems with staff.
Note: my car did get broken into, for $175/month for parking there should be better security.
