The biggest differentiator for me is how Pat deftly navigates through any questions and curveballs that might accompany an insurance claim. I wonder how clueless I may seem about the whole process, but Pat doesn’t let on. He simply takes care of everything. Once I talk to Pat I know I can relax. They are a small (and busy) shop, so it may take a little time to get your work scheduled. For me any wait is a small trade off for the peace of mind and satisfaction that I get working with Haas.”

“This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I got it up here so others know how great this dealership is. I bought my new palisade back in July and it was the best car purchasing experience I have had to date. Our sales guy, Garrett was absolutely phenomenal. It started out over the phone with him because we knew exactly what we wanted but had a less than desirable experience a few days prior with another dealership. He listened to what we wanted, gave us info on our trade in and delivered everything he said he would upon our arrival in a timely manner as requested. The new vehicle was pulled up all washed and ready for a test drive when we arrived. After our test drive all we had to do was go through a couple things with the trade and we were quickly on our way into George’s office (he was also wonderful) to finish with financing quickly just as we were hoping. Although Garrett was very busy that day he then took a significant amount of time to sit in the new car with us and go over all the features. We drove to this specific dealership even though it was much further than another because of his service. It was well worth the extra drive time. I usually dread dealing with the new vehicle purchasing process but he made it a great experience - so much so that I sent my parents his way for a new vehicle as well and would recommend Garrett and Burkle Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”

Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. “ABC, body repair has been the best auto repair in the 46 years. I have been driving and the different places I’ve taken my car too. Nobody has been able to do a better job with a company that cares more about how your vehicle looks and wants it to be as good as they’re very own vehicle, they take very very good care of their clients. I don’t say Customer because they don’t treat people like they treat them very special. They realize that first time is by chance second time is by choice. when they’re gone, they’re gonna be missed. It’s gonna be hard to find somebody that can replace them with the same quality of service and I’ve been to many different body shops, including mostly the ones that are specific to my vehicles, but nobody can do a better job than ABC that I learned from my mother, who demanded I give them the opportunity to work in my car one of the rare times she was 100% correct I love her but when it comes to things like auto repair or things a little more technical, you know, you have to be careful. She’s a wonderful woman who sent me to a wonderful auto repair , ABC was the best and I will miss them. They’re gone.”

“I've personally never had an issue at this Ford Parts Center, years ago I got the factory build sheet printed out (what my vehicle was, and was not equipped with from the factory) and recently had gotten a print out of my exhaust system now I can use that as a reference of part numbers for the future, or for when I do my own repairs.
There is a reason why I continue to return to Apple Ford Parts Center: communication. I have never received an incorrect part, there has always been clear communication before the employee goes back to get whatever part I need. That's awesome.”
