About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Saint Paul, Minnesota offers a wide range of rental options, including economy cars, SUVs, and luxury vehicles, to cater to the diverse needs of travelers. Situated at the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport (MSP), the rental service provides a convenient starting point for exploring the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Customers have generally had positive experiences, with reports of clean vehicles, fair pricing, and efficient service. However, there have been a few instances of issues, such as receiving a dirty vehicle and encountering long lines during peak times. The staff, particularly José and an unnamed helpful employee, have been praised for their efforts to assist customers, even in last-minute situations. While the overall experience seems satisfactory, the rental service could benefit from improved fleet management and staffing to ensure a consistently smooth and hassle-free rental process for all customers.

LJ was the parking lot attendant at the Mpls/St Paul airport on 9/15/26. I couldn't get the gps system to work on my rental. He patiently went through the process and hooked up my phone to the car. Without his help, I was completely lost. He is truly a Godsend and an asset to your organization. Thank you again LJ!
