I had a great experience here thanks to a specific employee named Sarah. I discovered my assigned car was locked with the keys in it, and no way for me to get in. There was also a super long line at the counter. I saw Sarah walking around the lot, and asked if she could assist me. She could have easily told me to go wait in the line, but she walked me to the line of freshly cleaned cars and helped me pick one out. She was so incredibly helpful and cheery about it as well. I wish I had more encounters with employees like Sarah!

They deny your international voucher for reasons not even mentioned on the voucher and then “offer” you to rebook your car at twice the original price so you can go. Never had this problem with other rental companies.

Open until 1 AM allegedly. Booked car for business trip. No one at the register 0:45 when I’ve scheduled pickup for 0:30. Can’t be trusted

Received a new Subaru for a business conference, just to find out the vehicle was filthy glitter in the back seat. Lost earring and a drank 1/2 gallon of tequila.
This could have caused big issue had my vehicle been pulled over and that was seen.
Do better AVIS

I used Avis here for a quick three day trip and had a good experience. I was not charged for extra gas or other things that I did not agree to after the rental.

What a joke, long waits, no vehicles, no help from employees, vehicles not in great condition / not maintained. Multiple people assigned the same vehicle causing problems and going back to waiting in long lines....

Two people working at Avis and Budget together. No Avis preferred options or line. 1.5+ hour line. Every other car rental place seems to be rightfully staffed with NO line.

They will give you a vehicle that is not safe to drive. If you make it back to their garage safely, This will still have cost you time delays and a head ache because it is so painful to see how stupid and poorly managed they are.

I wish I read the reviews on here before I rented from Avis. I am an Avis Preferred member and had to stand in a line to get a car since I wasn't assigned a car on the electronic screen. The line was slow and took 20 minutes. To add insult to injury, the rental car I got was dirty. There were two car seats from the previous rental that weren't taken out and there was crackers/crumbs on the floor. The info screen also had a bunch of smudges on it. The cupholders had spills that were not wiped up. I have had better luck with Enterprise/National, I am going back to rent with them.

Do not rent from them. They assigned me a dirty vehicle (inside and out). Front windshield had bug splatter in multiple spots. Spent over 45 mins in line to get my vehicle. Finally the employee who checked me out was very unfriendly.
