They often complete repairs the same day, even on weekends and holidays. The diagnostic fee is a flat $100, which is waived if repairs are done. Customers appreciate the text updates, pictures, and even video chat options. They are considered the absolute best in the city, providing timely, honest work and taking very good care of every car.
Got the car back the same day even though it was Saturday and they were unsure they’d get to it until Monday - good communication, super nice guys, saved & made my weekend ☺️
