“Great service. I had made an order online through 1800 flowers from this store, and had asked for it to be delivered the day before. However the morning of the set delivery I heard back that the location of the funeral wasn't going to be open yet. I frantically called and they already had it figured out. They had called the location before delivery, and were going to drop it off the next morning first thing instead. Super important because Minnesota winter would have frozen up the plant immediately. I met with a wonderfully talented woman (I forgot her name, but I think she was the owner) who was so helpful and intuitive when it came to transforming my vision. I really wished I could have used her expertise, but was very happy with the florist we ended up with. She didn't pressure me, gave me plenty of ideas and options to take with me and wasn't put off when I called back to sadly say I wasn't going to be able to use her services.
